Content rules & reporting
Everything on a DaLinkz page is public. These are the basics of what's allowed and how to tell us about a problem. The full, binding rules are in our Terms of Service.
What's not allowed
Don't use DaLinkz to:
- pretend to be another person, brand or organisation;
- link to or promote anything illegal, fraudulent, harmful or pirated;
- post content that's defamatory, harassing or hateful, or any sexual content involving minors;
- spread malware, run phishing or scams, or spam people with your link;
- try to break, overload or mass-scrape the service, or get into parts of it you shouldn't.
Media you use
Only use images, video and music that you own or have permission to use. That includes your photo, background, music, cursor, favicon and link preview image. "I found it online" isn't permission.
Reporting a page
Seen a page that breaks these rules, uses your work or pretends to be you?
- Go to the contact page.
- Choose Copyright infringement / Impersonation.
- Include the page's link, what the problem is, and for copyright, what's being used and how we can confirm it's yours.
We look into every report.
What we can do
- Remove specific media, such as an image or a track, if a copyright complaint is valid. The owner can replace it with something they have the right to use.
- Disable a link, refuse a custom link, or remove a page that breaks the rules.
- Remove the whole page for repeated or serious problems.
If something was removed from your page and you think it was a mistake, get in touch through the contact page with your link and support PIN.
