Use the contact page, choose Account recovery, and send your page's link and support PIN. We can't recover a page without the PIN. See account recovery.

Check you've got the right link. You can paste the whole thing or just the end. Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure Caps Lock is off. If you copied the password, check you didn't pick up a space at either end.

That's a normal security check that keeps bots out. Wait a few seconds and it continues by itself. If it never finishes, try turning off VPNs or strict privacy extensions for this site, or try another browser.

Either the page is unpublished (publish it again under Account & settings), or the link has been changed. Old links stop working straight away and don't redirect.

Refresh the page. On a phone, close the tab and open the link again. Your browser may be showing a copy it saved earlier.

Custom buttons are a Pro feature. If Pro has run out they're hidden from your page but kept, and they come back when you renew.

Visitors who've turned on "reduce motion" in their device settings see a calmer version of your page, on purpose. Phones in battery-saver mode may also pause video backgrounds.

Yes. Pro pages can change it any time under Account & settings, and free pages can request a change. See changing your link.

Make sure the link starts with https://, is no longer than 255 characters, and has no spaces, quotes or brackets. Renaming the file and uploading it again usually fixes it.

You've probably pasted a share link (a web page) instead of a direct link to the file. See direct links vs share links. GIF photos and MP4 backgrounds need Pro.

Open the image link in a private window. If it doesn't load there, it has expired (Discord links do this after about a day), been deleted, or is blocked in your country (Imgur is blocked in the UK). Host it somewhere else from this list.

Music starts only after the visitor clicks the blurred enter screen, because browsers block sound until then. If it's still silent, check the link opens an audio player on its own, and that the device isn't muted. See background music.

Apps save previews and reuse them for a while. Post the link with ?v=2 on the end to get a fresh one. See why an old preview still shows.

Many phone apps hide where a visit came from. Use the tagged links on your Overview in each bio, and those visits are counted under the right site.

The overlay blanks itself when your page is unpublished or after you press New link. Republish your page, or paste the new overlay link into your browser source. See stream overlay.

Upgrades are switched on by hand, so it can take a little while. If it's been more than a day, reply to our email or use the contact page with your link and support PIN.

No. Pro doesn't renew by itself. To keep it, send a renewal request from the Store page in the portal. See renewing.
